Our Story
Meet Mari-Louise and Kevin – the owners of Émile Pâtissier.
We’ve always had a thing for food – Mari-Louise was actually a Solicitor whose French studies at UCD led to pastry-chef training in France, which led to the Émile Pâtissier brand being born.
Passionate about making great quality cakes and desserts using real ingredients, we source only the finest of ingredients for our products.
Absolutely all of our fillings, icings, glazes, sponges, and pastry are hand-made in our Carlow premises.
