Gluten-free Belgian Chocolate Brownie: Rich, dense chocolate Brownie made with Irish butter and 54% Belgian chocolate. Our special technique results in a brownie which is decadent, moist and fudgy! Tastes like a normal Brownie.
Gluten-free Luxury Carrot Cake Square: Moist and dense lightly-spiced traditional carrot cake sponge base, we add crushed walnuts for texture. Topped with an amazing, super-citrusy, dense cream-cheese icing, and decorated with walnuts.
• Gluten-free Banana Cake Square: Moist banana sponge topped with hand-made cream-cheese icing flavoured with Madagascan vanilla extract. The floral flavour of the vanilla extract works well as a background flavour to the banana sponge.
• Gluten-free Macaroon : Moist, bounty-bar like coconut macaroon hand-made in our Carlow kitchen covered in Belgian milk chocolate.
• Gluten-free Chocolate Fudge cake square: This rich and moist gluten-free chocolate sponge recipe contains no rice flour, starch or xanthan gum. The sponge is complemented with a decadent, smooth creamy whipped dark chocolate ganache icing, made using Belgian dark chocolate and The Village Dairy (Carlow) artisan cream.
All products are hand-made in Carlow by artisan bakers and pastry chefs made with natural ingredients.
