Émile Signature Mince Pies

Here, in our small family-run bakery, we understand the importance of making the most perfect, delicious mince pie imaginable and have spent the last number of months perfecting our recipe. Our take on the Yuletide classic, combines our sumptuous aged hand-made   mincemeat which has been soaked with Carlow Writers Tears and all-butter shortcrust pastry for a delightful, indulgent bake that’s best enjoyed on a frosty December’s night.
