In our small family bakery, we try to make the most amazing mince pies possible, and this mouth-watering mincemeat filling is a sensation for the taste buds. Our mature super indulgent mincemeat is bursting with juiciness and flavour- vine-ripened fruits and subtle cinnamon, Barbados rum, pecan nuts work beautifully against the tartness of sour cherries, limes and the every so slight spiciness of a touch of cinnamon and Angostura bitters, all encased in our hand-crafted, all-butter short crust pastry. Decadently delicious.
