 Two miniature Émile pastries : French-style rich, soft chocolate mousse, crunchy praline pieces, Duchesse sponge, covered in a chocolate miroir glaze
 Six miniature Opéra cake slices
 Four pink Macarons filled with French buttercream flavoured with Madagascan vanilla extract
 Four miniature lightly-spiced carrot cake squares topped with a creamy, dense, zesty citrus cream-cheese frosting.
 Four miniature cheesecake of the week- Praline with chocolate Chantilly rosette this week
 Two miniature mousse verrine: For example, Fruity hand-made raspberry mousse, topped with dark chocolate ganache and service in a little plastic ‘verrine’ (glass) or similar
 Twelve miniature scones
