Description
This is a really indulgent treat-Hand-made rich, decadent French-style chocolate mousse layered with soft Duchesse sponge, covered in a shiny chocolate glaze and decorated with pink macarons. We designed this as a versatile cake suitable for many occasions. Simply serve a slice on a plate or add raspberry coulis, custard (creme anglaise) or vanilla/raspberry ice-cream.
Made in Carlow by pastry chefs using natural ingredients. Contains no artificial flavourings or preservatives.
